ICLEL 2018 Prof. Dr. Necati Cemaloğlu / Gazi University - Turkey


He is currently serves as Profesör and Chair of Educational Administration Branche in College of Education at Gazi University Turkey.

Professor Dr. Necati Cemaloglu was born in Kastamonu in 1965. He graduated from Gazi University, Kastamonu Educational High School in Kastamonu in 1983-1984 academic year. She worked as a teacher of classroom and school manager in Trabzon and Ankara.

During his teaching years, he graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Education, Education Management, Inspection, Planning and Economics Department in 1992-1993 academic year. He was a member of the Mathematics Commission and Education Inspectorate in the Ministry of Education Board of Education. Cemaloğlu, who had master degree the field of "Education Management" in Ankara and Gazi University, started as a research assistant to Gazi University, Gazi Education Faculty. After his doctoral studies, he became assistant professor in 2004 and he was appointed associate professor in 2008 and professor in 2014. In the United States, "Michigan State University" he has studied as a scholar visitor for six months. He then became a visitor scholar at the University of Florida. MoNE - World Bank - National Advisor for Institutional Performance Management, MONE - TUBITAK, National Supervisor of e-audit - e-performance, Member of Scientific Board of Gazi University Schools, and strategic plan adviser at various ministries and universities. There are a published book, a book section, 104 national articles, 22 articles on SSCI and other indexes, national and international congress - symposiums. Cemaloğlu is married and has two children. He speaks English and is currently serving as Gazi University, Gazi Education Faculty, Head of Department of Educational Administration and Head of Gazi University, Mobbingle Fighting Officer.
